A: Our deals are primarily used to fill specific servers which are currently under capacity or to fill new hardware. You can always order a service with us and open a ticket to transfer that VPS to another location of your preference.

Q: How much are extra IPv4?

. 100 MB/s is rarely seen. I think it is capable of running some high-priority stuff. I assume the node is empty if it gives so good I/O.
